You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.

In addition to the transit time for your parcel please allow one business day for the processing and packing of your order.

If your order contains back ordered items we will notify you of the delay immediately.

Shipping by Canada Post

You can choose between the following CanadaPost shipping methods:

Canada Post Expedited
Canada Post ExpressPost
Canada Post Priority

Regular

If you item is weighs under 500g and the shipping package is less then one inch in height then your package will not have a tracking number and will ship by standard mail.

If your package weighs over 500g and/or the shipping package has a height greater then one inch then your package will ship as a parcel and will have a tracking number. Regular parcels ship by 'Expedited Parcel'.

Expected delivery times:

Local: 1 up to 2 business days
Regional: 2 up to 4 business days
National: 3 up to 8 business days

The transit time for this shipping method will vary based on how far you are located from our location. Whether you are in a major city center or rural location will also have an effect on the transit time.

ExpressPost

Expected delivery times:

Local: next business day
Regional: 1 up to 2 business days
National: 2 up to 3 business days

Priority

Expected delivery times:

Local: next A.M.
Regional: next A.M.
National: 1 business day up to second day A.M.

NOTE: don't forget about the time it may take to process and package your order. We will give our PRIORITY to items selected to ship by CanadaPost Priority

In Store Pick Up

If you are local or will be traveling to Fredericton you may select 'In Store Pick Up' under the shipping options when adding items to your cart.

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.

We will notify you immediately of any shortages.

Payment

Pay online using VISA or MasterCard. Credit card payments are processed by PayPal's secure servers so your information is safe.

American Express customers can use the PayPal option then use PayPal to process American Express.

At the checkout you can also login directly to your PayPal account to process the payment using the options you have set up with PayPal.

We do not store any credit card data. Payment details are processed through PayPal's secure servers.
