Refund Policy & Returns

ONLINE PURCHASES

Products may be returned within 30 days from the order shipping date to receive a refund.

If product is defective or damaged during shipping:
Contact The Geek Chic Boutique within 10 days from the date of delivery regarding the defect or damages. A replacement will be sent out or a full refund will be issued.

Before the refund or replacement is issued the defective product must be returned to The Geek Chic Boutique. At The Geek Chic Boutique's sole discretion, if sufficient photographs of the defect or damage and a valid tracking number on the returning package is forwarded to The Geek Chic Boutique, The Geek Chic Boutique may decide to send a replacement before the damaged or defective item is received.

The defective product must be returned with the original packaging (including the box if any) and manuals, registration cards, accessories, UPC codes in tact, and software.

The buyer is responsible to pay for the cost of shipping to return products to The Geek Chic Boutique. The Geek Chic Boutique will pay the shipping to send a replacement item to the buyer - if a replacement item is requested.

If the product is not defective:
If you would like to return or exchange a non defective product the product must be returned with the original packaging (including the box if any) and must be in resalable condition, with all packaging, manuals, registration cards, accessories, UPC codes in tact, and software.

In addition all returned goods must be NOT be used, worn, washed or damaged by improper use. T-shirts may be exchanged for alternate sizes provided they are not used, worn, or washed.

All returns will be inspected by our staff for approval.

You need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) before returning a product. Please email us a description of the reason for returning the product and the original order number. The RMA ensures your return is handled promptly and efficiently when we receive your package. Products returned without a RMA# will not be processed for a refund or exchange.

Refusal of a shipment will result in return shipping charges which will be deducted from any refund.
